
Achim Reichel is a German musician, composer, and producer, born on January 28, 1944, in Hamburg, Germany. His career began in the 1960s with the beat music boom, when he was a member of The Rattles , one of the first German rock bands to achieve international success. In the 1970s, Reichel became a pioneer of krautrock, experimenting with electronic sounds and psychedelic elements. He later turned to German folk songs and traditional rock, releasing numerous albums, including "AR & Machines" . His contributions to German music span several decades and genres, making him a key figure in the history of German rock.
