Because it is our story that makes us who we are.
Because it is our story that makes us who we are.
Because it is our story that makes us who we are.
Because it is our story that makes us who we are.
That we have become what we have become.
That we have become what we have become.
That we have become what we have become.
That we have become what we have become.
Hahaha, that's how it can go.
My hand is hard, as the band's boss and undisputed father,
I see the time is ripe for some answers.
Because from earlier this year, when we came out with our record,
There has been an influx of questions to our website.
From all over the country we get plots, sent by PC and MacIntosh,
this one goes out to all of you who have backed us.
To those who came to the shows, to those who bought the discs,
to those who had sisters, they let us play along.
Okay, I'll stick to the point,
to take it from the start, I must go to that day;
Dr.S and me sat and drew sketches in the room
and walked along the streets of the neighborhood where we lived to bomb. |
We bought Multiple T (?), pile up the boxes in the sacks
and ran from everyday heroes, sluggers and guards alike.
But life isn't fair, I had golden hair up my ass
and it was always Dr. S who closed the deal and became taua.
But then one day the doctor had to go to sea,
he managed to hire a boat and waved hello and goodbye.
But despite the endless distance that separated us,
he kept in touch by sending letters and calling us.
That's how we ended up hooking up with "Fingern"
needed someone who could cut when we came out with the first single.
He became more than a colleague, we became a family,
I'm proud and can say that, now we are friends for life.
Life is a riddle, but is there an answer?
There is a lot to endure, from the cradle to the grave.
You know we don't let anyone stop us from swimming against the tide.
This is a story about living your dream.
Life is a riddle, but is there an answer?
There is a lot to endure, from the cradle to the grave.
But when you look back, all the old memories come flooding back,
this is a story about living your dreams.
I was a sneeze of approx. |
16 years when Klovner became a part of me |
I wrote some rhymes in Norwegian in class, because school bored me.
Putting a signature on the wall was something that made me happy,
it started in the seventh when Lars and Even de seduced me.
We were a clique that painted trams with quills and buses with markers,
we stayed away from cars, monuments and private houses.
It beautiful status, but excitement that turned me on.
The sight of a fresh colored child gave life meaning.
I got training, but the talent didn't improve with the experience,
the explanation, left me the paint hey, skills I have none.
But the mice, the revelation, gave blood to teeth
and bread from the first rhyme was laid, until it became my daily bread.
But long before it became my way of life, before shcwin,
before the cellar with vintage wine, before private driver and limousine.
Before my verses and rhymes were put on discs like prim,
when Cindy Crawford she was pretty, and wanted to ride in the fantasy.
When nicotine became a part of everyday life and my stomach was slim,
that's when I became a part of Klovner I Kamp.
And so far everything has gone well, but can I say that we've made it?
We swam against the current and put Tåsen on the map. |
And look back five years, then first I understand what I have,
a clear vision of life's temptations, one gets what one takes.
We were a couple of three mates and fifteen psychopaths
who stood together in the dream of getting Klovner out on record.
I have grown both personally and professionally,
but am reminded daily that my everyday life has not always been pleasant.
From villa thugs without sense, I've become a man like Vin Han,
I owe the guys from Tåsen a big thank you.
And as I said, we worked hard, now it has become a lifestyle,
and no matter what happens, I'm a clown for life.

and no matter what happens, I'm a clown for life.

So we did what we wanted, played in bands and lived life.
Move from home and into the same housing collective.
Little did we know about the future and what was going to happen,
for they became more than what we dreamed of, and then could see.
It was around this time that Oslo Fluid was started,
for in the basement of a house a hundred meters up the street sat a fellow named Coach,
I had known you since I was little,
we started jamming and that's how the whole shit started.
Hook up with Chris,
if proved he could rock the mic like he should,
then the wheels started rolling.
We were fierce in the battle, got the last man on the team.
It was Mojo, also someone we knew well from way back.
For we are patriots, and it is to mark us,
the fact that the whole crew grew up in the same place.
For in sorrow and in joy we have fought and toiled.
Because it is our story that makes us who we are.
