Und kein Hund muss so nötig, dass er’s Bein daran hebt

Was früher meine Kneipe war, heißt heute «Chez Janine»
Janine heißt Jutta Specht und macht jetzt auf «Nouvelle Cuisine»
Und weil was «Neu» und «Küche» heißt, mich brennend interessiert
Hab' ich dann auch das große Feinschmecker-Menu probiert:
Als Vorspeise den Gurkenwürfel auf Kressepüree
In hausgemachtem Kräutersud mit Wacholdergelee
Danach ein handgeschnitt’nes Steak vom selbstgeheizten Grill
Hauchdünn, dazu Karottensplitter mit pochiertem Dill
Nach langem Suchen hab' ich dann auch das Dessert entdeckt
Geraspeltes Melonenmark, mit Kokos abgeschmeckt
Wer nun so’n spackes Handtuch ist, wie ich, ist drauf erpicht
Dass er ordentlich Nachschlag kriegt — gab es aber nicht
Dafür 'ne dicke Rechnung, mit dem letzten Wechselgeld
Hab' ich mich bei der nächsten Bratwurstbude angestellt
