Es gibt immer wieder Leute
die sich zum Beispiel
durch Leserbriefe in Zeitungen lautstark dafür einsetzen
daß diesen Mörderschweinen die Rübe abgeschlagen wird.
Persönlicher Haß eines direkt oder indirekt Betroffenen
gegenüber dem Mörder und seiner Tat ist absolut
menschlich und verständlich.
Aber zur Grundlage für die Gesetzliche Todesstrafe darf er
nicht werden.
Für uns gilt:
Kein Mensch und keine Institution sollen jemals wieder
das Recht haben
über Tod oder Leben eines anderen
zu entscheiden.
Es ist still im Staatsgefängnis
denn soeben wurde ein Mann erhängt
er hat ein Kind vergewaltigt und dann getötet
weil das Kind aus Angst zu schreien begann.
Als diese Tat bekannt wurde
war das Volk sehr entsetzt
mit Mp’s und scharfen Hunden
hat man den Täter gehetzt
und als er endlich gefaßt war
schrie das Volk:
du Kinderschänder
Kopf ab.
Doch der Täter hinter Gittern
war nur hilfslos und völlig verstört
er müßte sterben
das war allen von vornherein klar.
Spannungsvolle Stille herrscht im Gerichtsgebäude
denn die Geschworenen betreten jetzt wieder den Saal
es ist das Todesurteil
das sie verkünden
während die aufgebrachte Menge hämisch lacht.
Der Mann war geisteskrank
was man bewußt übersah
denn das Volk muß sein Opfer haben
und das war jetzt da
man war schnell mit dem Richten
und es stand schon ein Vollstrecker bereit
jetzt tut der Henker
seine grausame blutige Pflicht
im Namen des Volkes — das sind wir —
darf er morden
gesetzlich gesichert.
Doch die Geschehnisse waren schnell vergessen
bald wußte keiner mehr von diesem Fall
keiner merkte
daß er selbst zum Mörder wurde
da die Hinrichtung im Namen des Volkes geschah
Der Mann war geisteskrank
