Und dann werden alle seh’n, meine Zeit war stets bequem
Und mein Leben wunderschön!
Und als die anderen in der Schule
Eifrig an der Karriere feilten
War ich einer von den Coolen
Die grade nicht im Hause weilten
Denn mir war meine Zeit zu schade
Für Lernen, Arbeit oder Wissen
Und deshalb habe ich meine Haare gefärbt
Mich in die Sonne gelegt und drauf geschissen!
Und als ich älter wurde, war mir völlig klar
Der Weg, den andere gehen, ist nicht für mich da
Warum das so ist, fragte ich mich tausendmal

The path others take is not there for me
