где мы увидим елочку лежащей

в глухом прямоугольнике двора.
Безлюдный двор
и елка на снегу
точней, чем календарь нам обозначат,
что минул год,
что следующий начат.
Что за нелепой разной кутерьмой,
ах, Боже мой,
как время пролетело.
Что день хоть и длинней,
да холодней.
Что женщина…
Но речь тут не о ней.
Здесь речь о елке.
В ней-то все и дело.
