Бесовским голосом в ночи истошно он орёт!
А я, тут, давеча ходил в заброшенный орешник:
Бродягу нашего таким я видеть не привык,
От света прятался в кустах, как нечестивый грешник,
Манил, проклятый, в темноту, во рту заметил клык!
Ещё заметил я, что он был бледен как покойник,
Глаза краснющие!
Бежал я прочь без задних ног!
Вот дожили!
Теперь в лесу живёт упырь-разбойник!
Коль не убить, так будет пить кровь нашу вечный срок.
