Die Sekundenzeigerrunden find ich ziehmlich interesasant:
Immer oben bei der Zwölf scheint der Zeiger zu verweiln,
um nach einer kurzen Pause seinem Rückstand nachzueilen.
Aber der Sekundenzeiger bei der Uhr dort an der Wand
bleibt nach der Pause tempomäßig offenbar konstant.
Trotzdem kommt er nach der Runde wieder pünktlich oben an.
Woher weiß der Zeiger bloß, wie lang er Pause machen kann?
Jetzt sagst du völlig richtig: «Es gibt spannendere Themen!»
Aber manchmal ist es wichtig, sich auch für sowas Zeit zu nehmen.
Mach mal langsam,
nimm dir Zeit dich auszuruhn.
Mach mal langsam,
sei bereit, mal nix zu tun.
Das ist Luxus.
Das ist Lebensqualität.
Mach mal langsam, weil`s manchmal langsam besser geht.
Manchmal gibt es Tage, da wacht man morgens auf
und checkt sofort die Lage: Man ist heut´ nicht gut drauf.
Und darum duscht man kälter.
Den Kaffe macht man stark.
Man denk «Ich werde älter!"und joggt schnell durch den Park.
Dann noch `ne Apfelsine, und auf gehts in den Tag.
Man läuft wie ne Maschine — Vertrag ist halt Vertrag.
Und wenn man Nachts im Bett liegt, dann ist man richtig platt
und weiß, das man schon morgen das selbe vor sich hat…
