Das fanden die Bürger natürlich gemein

Was fällt euch ein?!
Ich mein' ihr schlagt hier alles kurz und klein,
schickt uns in die Sklaverei rein …
Muss das sein?
Was soll denn das?
Macht euch das irgendwie Spaß?!
Oder was?!»
Da sagten die Horden: «Ja.
Plündern und Morden
ist ja nun mal der Job von uns einfallenden Horden.
Das heißt ja nicht, dass wir das auch wollen.
Wir wissen halt nicht, was wir sonst machen sollen.»
Dieses zeigt, dass das Vorurteil stimmt,
dass einfallende Horden recht einfältig sind.
Im Osten, im Westen, im Süden und Norden
gab es damals einfallende Horden.
Sie kommen auch heute von hier und von da,
z.B. aus Nordamerika.
Heute wie damals im Mittelalter
gab’s gegen die Horden kein Mittel, Alter.
