
Miles Davis (full name: Miles Dewey Davis III ) is an American jazz trumpeter and bandleader, born in 1926 in the United States. He had a significant influence on the development of 20th-century music, standing at the origins of such styles as modal jazz, cool jazz, and fusion. During his career, Miles Davis released iconic albums, including "Kind of Blue" and "Bitches Brew" which became milestones in jazz history. His work has been recognized with numerous awards, including a Grammy Award. Miles Davis forever changed jazz, expanding its boundaries and inspiring generations of musicians.
