Miserere mei, Deus: secundum magnam misericordiam tuam
Et secundum multitudinem miserationum tuarum, dele iniquitatem meam

Benigne fac, Domine, in bona voluntate tua Sion: ut aedificentur muri Ierusalem
Tunc acceptabis sacrificium justitiae, oblationes, et holocausta:
tunc imponent super altare tuum vitulos

Have mercy on me, O God, according to your great mercy
And according to the greatness of your compassion, blot out my iniquity
Wash me from my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin
For I acknowledge my iniquity: and my sin is always against me
I have sinned against you alone, and I have done evil in your sight, so that you may be justified in your sayings
and you will cry when you are judged
For behold I was conceived in iniquities: and in sins my mother conceived me
For behold you have loved the truth: you have revealed the uncertain and hidden things of your wisdom

Deliver me from the blood, God, the God of my salvation
your righteousness
Lord, you will open my lips, and you will declare your praise
For if you had desired sacrifice, I would have given it: you shall not be delighted with burnt-offerings
Sacrifice to God a broken spirit: a broken and a humbled heart, O God,
don't look down
Deal favorably, O Lord, with your good will in Zion; that the walls of Jerusalem may be built up
Then you will accept the sacrifice of justice, oblations and whole burnt offerings.
