| The blacksmith lived in Bjedla in Sogndal
| Those were the days when trolls were in all the villages
| From every hill to the cliff, everywhere, they did harm
| Some had haunted along the way and scared the life out of hikers after sunset
| The worst of them all was Lundamyrstrollet who hid in the middle of the village
| The blacksmith he had a magic sword, Flusi was its name
| Suddenly one Saturday night the blacksmith was going out
| He finished, stuck Flusi in the vagina and went down to the swamp and
| followed the road to under the forest where the bog lay in front of him
| She shone brightly in the moonlight
| And now he saw the Lundamyr troll
| Lying, sleeping, huge
| And spread out over the bog
| Svartesmeden and Lundamyrstrollet
| But then the drop flowed for the blacksmith, if he had power and sword, these should be tested
| by ending this monster
| With that, the blacksmith pulled Flusi and stuck the sword right in his chest
| Then the troll woke up and screamed
| It writhed in pain and tried to pull out the sword
| "Stick and pull," shouted the troll, thinking that the blacksmith would pull back the sword
| "Let it stand until Monday," said the blacksmith
| And with that the blacksmith went out to sea
| Now the troll moaned
| When the blacksmith came home it was dead and he mantled Flusi
| Suddenly, three portals were opened in Loftesnesfjället and crawled out of the portals
| trolls out, big and small
| "Now the beast is dead, now the beast is dead!" |
| shouted the trolls
| They came and pulled the troll from Lundamyr between each other
| And pulled it across the fjord and into the largest portal
| Then the troll fluttered
| Then the portals were closed and the mountain hid the terrible company in its
| bosom
| Far back, hikers have feared this place, mostly at night
| It shone so strangely down by the bog in the moonlight
| The fear grew and one is believed to hear magic cries through the valley
| Maybe the trolls have returned |
