Leadbelly , born Хадди Вильям Ледбеттер , was an American musician born in 1888 in Louisiana, USA. He worked in the blues, jazz, and country genres and became known for his unique style of playing the 12-string guitar. Leadbelly recorded such iconic songs as "Goodnight, Irene" "Midnight Special" and "Where Did You Sleep Last Night" which were subsequently covered by numerous artists.
