Peter Green (real name Питер Аллен Гринбаум ) is a British blues-rock guitarist, born on October 29, 1946, in the UK. He rose to prominence as a founder of Fleetwood Mac , and prior to that, played in John Mayall's Bluesbreakers . In the 1990s, Peter Green formed his own project, Peter Green Splinter Group . His guitar style was characterized by expressive vibrato and laconicism. Peter Green had a significant influence on the development of blues-rock, remaining one of the genre's key figures.
