
Butterfly Boucher is an Australian singer, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer, born in Adelaide in 1979. At the age of 15, she began playing bass in her sister's band Eat the Menu , which released the album Whoosh in 1996. Since 2000, Butterfly Boucher has lived in Nashville, USA, where she has released four solo albums, including Flutterby and Scary Fragile . She is also a member of the musical collective Ten Out of Tenn and the pop-rock trio Elle Macho . Her work combines elements of alternative and pop music, leaving a distinctive mark on the genre.
