Frost is a Norwegian drummer, born June 28, 1973. He is known for his contributions to black metal, playing in bands such as Satyricon and 1349 Frost is considered one of the fastest drummers in extreme metal. Over the years, he has also collaborated with Gorgoroth , Zyklon-B , God Seed , Gehenna , and Keep of Kalessin . He contributed drums to Ov Hell 's debut album The Underworld Regime . His technique and speed have made him a key figure in the development of the black metal genre.
