Can you free me like a carefree bird
From solitude, and from my sullen sigh
All I long for is some peace of mind
Just a little relief but I cannot fly
I’m drowning in desire
And I choke on the pain
Everyone just pulls me down
A deviant desire
And it seems all in vain
For good I’ll keep my frown
There is a drowning man with me
Escaping from the world
Of which I’ve never been a part
He’s dying in my heart

Sadly moves my world
It’s the dreary weary grief
That’s stealing my belief
Can you save me, with your tender arms
