Steve Forbert is an American pop/folk singer-songwriter born in 1954 in the United States. Known for his 1979 hit song "Romeo's Tune", which reached No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 13 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart, he also achieved significant success in Canada, where the song peaked at No. 8.
