
Pat Kelly was a Jamaican rocksteady and reggae artist born in 1949. His musical career began in the mid-1960s when he became a member of the vocal group The Techniques . He later launched a successful solo career, recording for labels such as Treasure Isle and Studio One . Among his best-known songs are "How Long" and "Talk About Love" Pat Kelly is considered a key influence on the development of the rocksteady and reggae genres, leaving a significant legacy in Jamaican music.
