| Corporate predator
| You’re free to kill
| You get away with everything
| And you know you will
| Harm the water
| And the air we breathe
| Use a human being
| Like a cheap commodity
| Corporate predator
| You’re free to kill
| Free to kill, free to kill
| You never get caught
| But pretty soon you will
| Corporate predator
| You’re full of lies
| You get away with everything
| You never pay the price
| Steal, plunder, use, abuse
| You don’t do time
| Take no responsibility
| For your crimes
| Corporate predator
| You’re free to kill
| Free to kill, free to kill
| You never get caught
| But pretty soon you will pay!
| Kill! |
| Kill!
| If you break the law you get arrested and
| go to jail. |
| Like jailbirds say: you do the
| crime, you do the time. |
| Corporate criminals
| however, almost never pay any price. |
| They
| have enough money and power to define the
| laws under which they live, and to influence
| prosecutors not to bring criminal charges.
| As poor people are driven to prison in record
| numbers for minor drug crimes and petit
| burglary, the wealthy and their corporations
| elude justice for major criminal acts like
| corruption, fraud, price-fixing and selling
| defective and deadly products. |
| They pillage
| the globe, exploit the young and the poor,
| dump dangerous chemicals, abuse human
| rights, and are the instigators of coups |
