I condemn the acts of the human
our need to raise our ensign
our dominion over life
to quench our sickly lechery
A pageant of death spoils
cadavers chime their tragic knell
limbs hang glib displayed, degraded
gratuitous contempt for life
lip service and empty apologies
do not disguise our manner
profit indiscriminate
from the innocent lives we take
rotting muscle tissue,
clotted menstrual cycles
these inedible facts
make your fucking meal
carcass hives of industry
funneling life into body bags
vacuum sealed and sold as seen
condoned and forever unclean
supporting our behaviour
with idols and false saviors
denying their right to feel with
anthropocentric gratitudes
torturous panicked screams
swollen tear flooded eyes
their trembling fear ignored
behold our legacy!
