| That lady in the sky is a full moon singing white
| Tall shadow steps to cast while I’m walking round the whole night
| Won’t be to scared to fall, yeah I’ll probably just float
| You know that cold light’s just a reflection of the sun glow
| There’s something calling out in the breeze where I do run
| I’ll exit that vignette and I’ll step into a new one
| One moment there then and suddenly I’m carried off, the breeze is gone
| My morning star broke up
| I’m shadowboxing angel dust
| Float my glory cloud back to the sky
| And I cry, «there is a place for us»
| But waking up this seems undone
| And leaves me alone and wondering why
| She’s looking through the glass at a white face passing by
| This memories got hands that I’ll kiss until the sun shines
| My shadow grows and then disappears into the night
| Want to surround myself want to feel it like the last time
| There’s something calling out and it finally came through
| Last night that dream I had reoccurs as they are known to
| What I thought was is not what is it’s just a face that I once knew
| My morning star broke up
| I’m shadowboxing angle dust
| Float my glory cloud back to the sky
| And I cry, «there is a place for us»
| But waking up this seems undone
| And leaves me alone and wondering why |
