I made some comments recently that caused grief to certain people once they
reached across social media frequency
They informed me that my statements lacked decency
Now I’m knee-deep with elite powerful people seeking to beef with me

something true
I heard that you found it offensive
You cut checks that got me living fat
My major platform, you had given that
And I guess when I spoke, I didn’t consider that

And actually I knew that I was in trouble the first second you contacted me
So I apologize, I’ve never been involved with hating
I’ve made blatant statements referencing the synagogue of satan

I know now that was a iffy move
But there was a whole bevy of hidden history that my people hadn’t been privy to
Now it’s causing me to lose my livelihood

They won’t tolerate or condone evil, they won’t leave you
I even got a strong upheaval from some of my own people
What about the facts that I sent to you
Didn’t know that that picture I posted of me and Minister Farrakhan offended you
You told me to take it down and keep walking the line

So I reflected, and I realized that too often at times
That you really think your history’s more important than mine
But despite that, I’m standing before you, showing remorse
Even though you’re out here claiming a name that was never yours

I just wanna understand how my abuse is offensive
I’m only tryna be smart and let the knowledge be taught
