This dicey asteroid is circling the drain
Jurassic reptiles turn to stone
Left burning leaving only ashes and bone
Creatures destroy each other’s lives
Resort to violence and genocide
And through it all, the sun will rise
Upon a breaking dawn of life
Endeavoring all, the earth will thrive

Ascending from the darkness
