| As I get up and take a walk
| Somebody starts to talk
| I can hear people already dead
| Didn’t understand what they said
| In front of me the hangman glares
| Walking up the gallows' stairs
| An endless fall soon I’ll be dead
| In panic I awake in a damp bed
| What can a dream reveal?
| Especially if it seems so real?
| Knights are fighting for their god
| Arrows fly is that my blood
| A dungeon cell is where I lay
| I can scream but can’t get away
| It doesn’t stop I feel doomed
| They’ve put salt in my open wound
| Doesn’t matter how hard I fight
| It only makes the collar tight
| What can a dream reveal?
| Especially if it seems so real?
| I’m living in a air balloon
| I want to go to the moon
| All alone the sky is black
| The balloon is gone, I can’t get back
| Suddenly in a web I’m caught
| I see a spider slowly walk
| I twist and turn but it’s not enough
| Screaming and thrashing I can’t wake up
| What can a dream reveal?
| Especially if it seems so real? |
