| How did you get out of the corner that you painted yourself into?
| You said that you had done so.
| Well, I hate to talk in metaphors but this time I would love
| To tell you how I did
| I just walked across the floor
| Maybe I should have waited for the paint to dry
| But I don’t really know
| I DON’T REALLY KNOW!
| And she said «Just be yourself"and I replied «Look, I’m not paying you for this,
| I heard that several years ago»
| But she kept on repeating it and I couldn’t believe they were right
| That awful fast food chain
| How come they knew before I did?
| Some will say you learn it in school
| But I don’t really know
| I DON’T REALLY KNOW!
| She sits so peacefully, sits so peacefully, sits so peacefully, sits so
| peacefully in front om me
| And she listens carefully, listens carefully, listens carefully,
| listens carefully to my feverish monologue |
